I truly can’t believe that my brother is old enough to be married. It’s difficult to know where to begin to talk about Blake. He has always been very special to us — as well as to Bamber Photography (he edits most of the images that we take!). We all had very high expectations about the girl that he would marry, but when he brought Elizabeth home to ‘meet the family,’ we all knew. So it was neither a stretch nor a surprise when they got engaged, and we’ve been happy to be alongside them throughout the process of planning their wedding. Their engagement pictures are a must-see in order to get a feel for their fun and whimsical personalities.
From Elizabeth’s warm and wonderful family and friends coming from Oklahoma, to an outpouring of help from Blake’s ‘peeps’ from Dayton, everybody pitched in to decorate, help organize, and hang out. Thanks to everyone’s help, and a lot of prayers, the event was quite a success! Below are just a few images that I took throughout the day. John and I were so excited to be guests and not the ‘real’ photographers for their wedding day, but I couldn’t resist taking a few images.
