My brother is married! It was truly an amazing to be able to see a wedding come together from the other side of the camera! The weather, location, everything was perfect. I just wanted to say a big ‘thank you’ to so many of our family and friends who came together to make this day so truly special for Blake and Elizabeth. John and I were not the photographers for the wedding, but Lauren and some newer team members from Motion Picture Co did a fantastic job. I did manage sneak in a few shots from my seat at the ceremony and I just couldn’t wait to post them!
Many of you already know that we were also shocked to find out last week that my father was going to have to undergo heart surgery. They wanted to wait until after the wedding so that my father — the best man — could attend. His surgery is scheduled for tomorrow at 7:30 am. Please remember him and the rest of our family in your prayers over the coming weeks. If John and I are a little slower in responding to emails and phone calls, this is why!
