Last Saturday was {literally} a picture-perfect day for a wedding. Chad and Lauren were incredibly fun – which we learned at their engagement session. The day began at the Doubletree Hotel where the girls were getting ready, then it was off to Patten Chapel which was picturesque as always. Hannah, Katie, and Morgan from Soirees were onsite to help with all of the little details and keep everyone on track. Avery Patten did a beautiful job on the flowers. After a beautiful ceremony and a few family pictures, everyone was supposed to be off to the reception on a Trolley, but the bridal party just couldn’t wait for the Trolley to return, so they hitched a ride with a very nice man in a Suburban! It was quite a sight when they pulled up to the reception and all piled out. The Hunter Art Museum is one of my favorite locations for receptions — for a myriad of reasons: the architecture, the amazing light, and the beautiful views of Chattanooga. Everyone was ready to party with Bobby and the Aristocats. They truly put on an amazing show!
