Josh + Kendall | married

Lindsey and I were so honored to be a part of Josh + Kendall’s wedding! They had been so photogenic during their engagement session, we knew that the wedding would be a blast to photograph. It was amazing to get to meet friends and family, and to be able to really tell the story of the day.

The University of TN at Chattanooga’s Patten Chapel was an amazing venue, and the kind folks at Humphrey’s Flowers helped make it look even more incredible! It was a tremendously sweet ceremony, with the couple’s personality really coming through in some comedic and touching moments. Never have we heard someone say “I do” quite as emphatically as Kendall!

For the reception, the Church on Main was the destination, with great entertainment provided by SoundForce’s Tanner, and  some ridiculously good food in a myriad of styles prepared by Events With Taste. Deborah Gibb helped plan and coordinate throughout the day, and we had an awesome time photographing!

I have to mention one other thing: Lindsey (secretly) loves dancing movies. Step Up, Step Up 2, Step Up 17 in 3D…you name it. But…we had never been at a party with the guys from UTC’s Alpha Phi Alpha, and so we were blown away by their moves, as they brought the house down with all sorts of great dances. Lindsey was impressed by their moves…I was impressed by the coordination and athleticism…check out the ‘ups’ in some of the final images…

Kendall + Josh, and all of their wedding guests also made the evening memorable by doing their own take on the Harlem Shake!
