I love going back to Nashville from time to time, and really enjoyed meeting Lauren + Jon at Percy Warner Park, which is one of the first places I started taking portraits fifteen years ago (yes…that’s 1-5…fifteen) I’m feeling old now. I did all sorts of music projects, and art school projects at Percy Warner, and it was cool to see it with fresh (but apparently much older) eyes.
Lauren + Jon were amazing together, and in front of the camera. They both played collegiate basketball, so I felt like I needed a step-stool half of the time…and I’ll definitely be wearing my tallest shoes for the wedding! I’m sure they were great basketball players (as evidenced by the game faces in our basketball shots!) but they were also amazing in front of the cameras! We’re so excited to be a part of Lauren + Jon’s wedding next year! Here are a few of our favorite images from their engagement session, and the rest are available on Pictage.
