John, Laura, and Lauren from
Motion Picture Co had a great time photographing some upcoming prom dresses for
Emily of Boutique Couture. The
Loose Cannon was kind enough to let us to photograph in their modern and fabulous Contrapasso Room.
Lila, Christy, and Tiffany were our amazing models and made the job so easy! You can check out more of the shoot on
Motion Picture Co’s blog. Here are just a few images.

We were so excited to have the very sought-after
Amber Holritz come to our house to photograph our family. John and I have been friends with
Nathan and Amber for a while now and we have always been inspired by their photographs as well as the way they approach their business. A few years ago we had to privilege of modeling for
Amber at
the Rockstar Worship at the Biltmore. That was such a wonderful experience, but this was so much different. We felt so relaxed with Amber and we just went about our day while she snapped away. Jack loved the attention and the camera! When she send us our slideshow, I promised myself that I wasn’t going to cry, but I was in tears the first and second times! I cried because she truly captured what our life looks like….it isn’t glamourous or perfect, but it is 100% ours and we are just so thankful and amazed each day at the blessings that we have been given.
Enjoy the slideshow.

I could not resist posting these images of Jack because the outfit he is wearing was made by John’s mom and John wore this outfit when he was little. So cute! I knew that Jack wasn’t going to fit into it much longer!
