John & I had such a blast with Tom & Paige! Their smile and laughter is contagious!!! Here they are on their wedding day!
Where did you meet?
In Boston, MA at Oracle Corporation. It was my first day of work, and Tom was assigned to be my mentor!
What was your first date?
Our first date was actually lunch! We went to this popular steak and seafood restaurant close to work.
Was it love at first sight?
No, we were very close friends for a few months!
Where did you get engaged?
In Clearwater, Florida on the beach! Tom picked me up from a business trip at the airport and drove me to the beach to watch the sunset. He packed a picnic and blankets. It was truly perfect.
Favorite thing about the South?
The Food! We LOVE the biscuits and gravy, grits, fried chicken, BBQ…. we love it all!
Favorite part of a wedding day?
The Dancing! We are so excited to dance and enjoy some fun with our guests. We can’t wait for our barn wedding! It will be an outdoor ceremony looking over the lake, and then the reception in the barn. We are so excited for a lot of our guests to come to Tennessee. A lot will be traveling from the Boston area, and we can’t wait for them to experience it!The most important thing for us on our wedding day, aside from saying I DO of course is that our family and friends enjoy it as much as we know we are going to. Great food, great music, and great drinks! That’s our motto.
Where do you call home?
For me, Chattanooga is my hometown and for Tom, Worcester, MA. But our home together is now in Tampa, FL!
What are your favorite qualities about each other?
Paige: The way Tom makes me laugh. He always says the perfect thing to make me instantly smile. His loyalty. I couldn’t ask for a better partner in life. He always has my best interest at heart. He is honest, faithful, and my rock.
Tom: She is such a compassionate person and has such big heart. How supportive she is of me. She supports all of my choices and is always there for me to talk to.
