Troy + Jessica | married

To say that we loved our jobs while photographing Troy + Jessica’s wedding would be a huge understatement. We had a blast at this couple’s gorgeous wedding in Rome, Georgia. They have great “chemistry” together, and some of the engagement images are even featured on Barnsley Gardens‘ website!

After getting ready at an historic hotel in downtown Rome, the bridal party went out to The Farm, which was the site of both ceremony and reception. It was an amazing venue; unlike any we’ve ever photographed! Jessica was breathtaking in her vintage-inspired gown, and Troy was quite dapper in his navy suit!

We bonded with the couple, and the bridesmaids and groomsmen, and both even got a bit emotional at the ceremony. (Seriously, I’m getting soft as I grow older…or maybe it’s just that I have a daughter now…) It was also great to get to know both families, who were lots of fun during the day and at the reception!

Guests enjoyed tremendous food and a jaw-dropping banquet-style arrangement by Zest Catering of Atlanta, and the bride and groom’s personal touches could be seen throughout the reception site. We enjoyed some cool vintage music (I’ll get the name and link of the band up soon!!) by a group from Asheville, NC.
